Sparx SAMURAI Commercial – deburring in continuous operation
The Sparx SAMURAI deburrs freshly sharpened blades safely, quickly and evenly – with no honing stone at all. You pass the blade through the guide, and the rotating deburring disc removes the burr. The Commercial version is intended for pro shops, clubs and service areas where many pairs are done in a row.
According to Sparx, the deburring disc works with a proprietary formula and delivers a consistent result on all types of steel.

Good to know
- The SAMURAI Commercial uses its own deburring disc. The disc of the SAMURAI At-Home does not fit.
- The skate guides for 3 mm and 4 mm fit both SAMURAI machines.
- For loose steel without a skate, you need a Universal Blade Holder.
- Never touch the disc while it is rotating or the device is switched on.
